Thomas Berry Corbin's Memorial Album

We owe a GREAT debt of respect and gratitude to Curtis Hines, Thomas "Berry" Corbin's brother for providing us these pics! Thank you, Curt and God Bless you and "Berry" All of them have been run through a graphics enhancement program. Some though I could not un blur, and some were too small to enlarge. Those that could be enlarged, were. They are from Dau-Tieng Base, and Curt believes some of them are while out on operations at Soui-Tre, and FSB BURT. That may be true, but it would be very unusual. Most Vietnam Combat veterans' tours were started and finished so that where Soui Tre is concerned, and the time between it and BURT is taken into account, the tour would have had to start in early to mid March '67. One picture is just 2 days prior to his death in that battle. You will NOT be forgotten, Berry. Your brothers in arms love you and respect your contribution to our mission which by that time was just to protect eachother and get as many of us as possible home in as few pieces as possible.Preferably one piece. Thomas was friends with "Dusty" Lowe, Bruce Thompson, and Don Young, AKA "Old Man" Curt does not know the names of any of the other men in these pics so if any of you do, please provide us with them.
He was awarded the Silver Star Posthumously for his valor and his efforts to protect his comrades and the 3d Bde, 25th Inf. Div. Forward Base
