The Cruise

In Oct. '66, 2/77FA and around a brigade of other 4th Infantry Division Troops Walked the gangplank of the General Nelson Walker, a Troop Ship, and headed for initial debarkation at the port of VUNG-TAU, Vietnam. One Stop in Okinawa, for refueling I hear. That is part of how they later came to call themselves "The Boat People" So here are all the pics we have of that so far.
