Billy received a posthumous promotion from PFC to Corporal. I am a student from Gridley High School in Illinois. Your work in the services are greatly appreciated. You
were from Illinois as well and I can really relate to you from growing up in the same area. I have the highest
respect for you and your family. Thank you ever so much for giving your life, so others after you could have a
better one.
